Havana on the Hastings Dance was born from a love of Latin dance and a desire to create a community connecting people through music and dance!

We offer Cuban Salsa, Bachata & Urban Kiz classes.

 

Whether you're dancing for the first time, levelling up, building confidence or simply enjoying the journey,

Level 3 Bookings

5-week Cuban Salsa - 1 May 2025

Prerequisites (competent in the following)

  • Guapea

  • Dile que no

  • Enchufla con exhibela

  • El uno / El dos

  • Kentucky

  • Paseala

  • Sombrero

  • Vacilila

5-week Bachata - 1 May 2025

Prerequisites (competent in the following)

  • Left, right, 2 handed & hammerlock turns

  • Change of place

  • ​Cuddle position

  • Loops

  • Delayed / outside turns

  • Shadow position

  • Dominican basic steps

Private Classes

Enhance your dance skills with our private lessons tailored to improve your dancing technique. Our personalised instruction is perfect for individuals, couples or small groups looking to advance to the next level.

Cost
1 teacher - $80 max of 2 people.
2 teachers - $100 max of 4 people.
