Purchase & Payment
How do I buy a pass? (1) Create a SessionHQ account, (2) buy your pass directly on your account or at the check-in desk.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash and card payments.
Do I need to have a SessionHQ account? No, however you will not be able to access the member pass discounts without an account. Members can access discounts pass packs, check into classes on their mobile, buy / manage passes and see your class history.
Usage & Redemption
How do I use my passes? Book your class via SessionHQ (and go straight to class on arrival) or go to the check-in desk at the venue (then go to class).
Can I use my pass for any class level and style? Yes! All classes now cost the same, so your pass works for any level and any style (salsa, bachata, urban kiz, Practise with Purpose & socials).
Do I need to pre-book classes or just show up? Either works! You can pre-book through SessionHQ or simply show up and check in at the door.
Expiry & Extensions
Do the passes expire? Yes - however you have 6 months to use them. We recommend purchasing a pass based on your dancing habits.
When does my 6 months start? Your 6 month countdown starts from the date you purchase your pass, not when you first use it.
How will I know when my pass is about to expire? You can check your pass expiry date when you check into class or by logging into your SessionHQ account.
What happens if I get sick or injured partway through? We don't offer pauses or refunds for general changes of mind, but we understand life happens. If you're dealing with exceptional circumstances (serious injury, family emergency overseas, etc.), please get in touch and we'll work something out.
I'm going away for 3 weeks - can I pause my pass? Passes can't be paused for travel or planned absences. Please consider your schedule and upcoming plans when choosing which pass to buy. The 6 month validity gives you flexibility to use classes around your commitments.
